Our workshops

Our warehouse and piano workshop are situated directly opposite our showroom. In this clean and modern space, we undertake all kinds of technical work, from action and pedal regulation to piano voicing, polyester repairs, French polishing and frame respraying.

All second hand pianos are meticulously prepared for sale by our team of time-served specialists, before being transferred to the showroom for final preparation and photography. Pianos are first delivered to our storage facility and workshop where the casework is repaired as necessary and buffed to perfection. Our Steinway-trained polisher can remove any scratches and repair chips and cracks, restoring the finish to a lustrous shine. The back of the piano and action are given a good clean with an air compressor, to remove the years of dust and cobwebs, before transfer to our showroom building. Our piano technicians service the action, a process including regulation, voicing and of course tuning, ensuring the piano is ready for a lifetime of reliable service, delivering the best possible performance and response.
