Our company was founded in a small shop in Weyhill, Haslemere UK in 1990 and we have grown steadily ever since, becoming one of the UK’s largest suppliers of new and second hand pianos. With a team of time served piano specialists, technicians and piano movers we are committed to providing the finest quality instruments with a personal and friendly service.
Our extensive piano inventory includes acoustic, digital and hybrid pianos including Silent and self-playing models, backed up by unrivalled product knowledge and technical support. Chamberlain Pianos is a specialist retail division of Chamberlain Music, an award winning supplier of musical instruments and accessories to schools and institutions throughout the UK and internationally. We are part of the Frederick Hyde group, and our brands include Chamberlain Music, Musisca, MMX, Percussion Plus, Octopus Ukulele, Recorder Workshop and Tom & Will. Our warehouse holds around £2.5m of musical instruments from grand pianos to penny whistles and everything in between, all of which are available to purchase online, by phone, email or in person by appointment.

A ten-year warranty is supplied with every new Yamaha and Kawai acoustic piano, with 5 years on our Chamberlain Pianos certified Second Hand models and a post-delivery tuning is always included.

On the border of Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex in the historic market town of Haslemere, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, our spacious and modern piano showrooms provide the perfect setting to find your new upright, grand, or digital piano.
In January 2023 we moved from our original high street location to superb new premises on a small trading estate, with free parking on site and plenty of room for future expansion, directly opposite our 30,000ft warehouse and just 500 yards from our first retail music shop.
With separate, private selection rooms dedicated to new Yamaha, Kawai, and pre-owned pianos, you can explore a wide range of instruments in a relaxed, pressure-free environment, taking as much time as you need to make the perfect choice.
We are conveniently located just off the A3, approximately 30 minutes from M25 Junction 10. By train, we’re just a short walk from Haslemere Station, which is on the main London-Portsmouth line, less than an hour from Waterloo
