Transportation & international delivery

Our piano delivery partners offer a nationwide and international piano removal service so that wherever you are, we can get your piano to you quickly and cost effectively. 

UK delivery

All acoustic pianos purchased from Chamberlain Pianos are delivered by our panel of specialist piano removers. Our delivery partners have transported pianos all over the world, are fully insured and can get your piano into even the tightest of spaces. Wherever you are located you can be confident that your instrument will arrive safely.

We work closely with our piano removal teams to deliver your instrument with the minimum of fuss. We do our best to fit around your schedules and to meet your delivery requirements, and we keep you informed every step of the way to ensure that piano delivery day is the happy event it should be!

International delivery

We can arrange for your instrument to be packed in a purpose-made wooden shipping container with space for all the individual components, each carefully wrapped to ensure safe passage. If you have your own freight forwarders, we can collect your instrument, pack it into the crate, and deliver the sealed unit to them.

We can also arrange competitively priced air or sea freight for shipping of your piano – whichever is best for you based on cost and location. We can then either deliver the instrument to the destination port, or arrange transfer to your new home, removing the piano from its crate and setting it up as required.

It is easier to transport pianos in and out of some countries than others, but our experts can make all the necessary arrangements and, in most cases, deal with customs directly to make your move as easy as possible.
