Second hand & restored pianos:
Our technicians service every used piano that is available for sale at Chamberlain Pianos, to ensure that it will provide reliable service to its new owner for years to come. Each used instrument is guaranteed for a minimum of two years, and in most cases five years (see individual product listing), covering parts and labour in the event of faulty workmanship in our setup, or restoration processes where applicable. In the very unlikely event of a fault we will arrange for a local technician to visit quickly to attend to it.
Our warranty excludes damage caused by attempting to move, repair or maintain the instrument yourself, neglect or abuse of the instrument. Also excluded from our warranty is tuning, along with general wear and tear, including problems caused by changes in climatic conditions, such as sticking keys and dampers, and broken strings, all of which are considered a part of regular piano maintenance.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you need any assistance or advice regarding the maintenance of your piano.
