Delivery methods
All acoustic pianos purchased from Chamberlain Pianos are delivered by specialist piano removers. Our delivery team have transported pianos all over the world,
are fully insured and can get your piano into even the tightest of spaces. Wherever you are located you can be confident that your instrument will arrive safely.
We do our best to fit around your schedules and to meet your delivery requirements, and we keep you informed every step of the way to ensure that piano delivery day is the happy event it should be!
All acoustic pianos are delivered free of charge to UK mainland ground floor locations. More complicated deliveries, including those involving flights of stairs may incur additional charges which
would be agreed in advance.

Collections can be made Monday to Friday, 9:00am –5:30pm. You can collect from our showroom where there is ample car-parking available.
Select ‘Click & Collect’ as the delivery method when you reach the checkout page. Your order will be processed quickly, and we will inform you
by email when it is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when
collecting.

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge).
Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more
information).
Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on
products we have in stock. Call us for a quote.
Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
