Introducing the Yamaha C1M grand piano c.2009

When comparing performance against price, one can really do no better than a Yamaha C Series grand piano. Yamaha's C Series is arguably the world's most popular grand piano range, with each instrument a reliable workhorse that has become the piano of choice for schools, venues, churches and homes, or anywhere a top quality piano is required!

The 5'3" (161cm) long Yamaha C1 is the smallest model yet benefits from the same design features as the larger C2 and C3, with no compromise on material quality. Only the length of strings and the size of soundboard differs, making the C1 an ideal choice if space is at a premium.

This example of the well regarded C1M was purchased new from Chamberlain Music in 2009 by its sole private owner, and having been comparatively little used it remains in wonderful condition throughout.

The piano is finished in a high gloss polished black lacquer with brass fittings, also benefiting from a soft-closing fallboard. As a C1M it is an example of the sought after M generation, produced from 2008 until the 2012 launch of the current Yamaha CX Series.

Our second hand Yamaha C1 grand piano is now prepared, on display, ready for selection alongside other new and used Yamaha C series grand pianos.

All acoustic pianos purchased from Chamberlain Pianos are delivered by specialist piano removers. Our delivery team have transported pianos all over the world, are fully insured and can get your piano into even the tightest of spaces. Wherever you are located you can be confident that your instrument will arrive safely.

We do our best to fit around your schedules and to meet your delivery requirements, and we keep you informed every step of the way to ensure that piano delivery day is the happy event it should be!

All acoustic pianos are delivered free of charge to UK mainland ground floor locations. More complicated deliveries, including those involving flights of stairs may incur additional charges which would be agreed in advance.

Collections can be made Monday to Friday, 9:00am –5:30pm. You can collect from our showroom where there is ample car-parking available.

Select ‘Click & Collect’ as the delivery method when you reach the checkout page. Your order will be processed quickly, and we will inform you by email when it is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when collecting.

If you would like to order from us, but you live outside the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, or Republic of Ireland, please email us at pianos@chamberlainmusic.com with your enquiry and we will do our best to help.

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge). Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more information).

Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on products we have in stock. Call us for a quote.

Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
